The joint venture partnership between the London Borough of Harrow and developer, Wates Residential (The Harrow Strategic Development Partnership (HSDP)) will initially see two council sites regenerated to provide over 1,000 new homes for local people over the next 10 years. The new high-quality homes will be designed to meet local needs and will transform the landscape of Wealdstone, including new affordable homes, community, and commercial facilities, as well as public and green spaces. As part of the project, the London Borough of Harrow and Wates Residential have also made a joint pledge to deliver a lasting legacy for the community through investment in skills, training, education and local facilities.
